1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dressing Wizard ("the Service"), operated at dressingwizard.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

2. Description of Service

Dressing Wizard is an AI-powered outfit curation platform. It allows users to generate outfit recommendations based on their inputs, browse curated style guides, and shop similar products through affiliate links. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features (including outfit generation), you must sign in using Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorise us to access your basic Google profile (name, email address, and profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Credits and Generation Limits

New accounts receive 3 free outfit generation credits upon registration. Credits are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration.

Additional credits may be made available for purchase in the future. Any paid credit packs will be subject to separate pricing terms displayed at the time of purchase. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify the number of free credits awarded to new users, adjust credit costs, or change the credit system at any time with reasonable notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

Outfit recommendations and images on this Service are generated by artificial intelligence. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You should exercise your own judgement before making any purchase based on AI-generated recommendations.

AI-generated outfit images are illustrative. Actual products available from retailers may differ in appearance, availability, and price.

Dressing Wizard screens generation prompts before image generation. Prompts that violate or may violate our safety policy may be rejected and will not be sent to the image model.

6. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Products

Some links on this Service are affiliate links. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. See our full Affiliate Disclosure for details.

We are not responsible for the products, services, prices, availability, or content of third-party websites linked from the Service. Your purchase from a third-party retailer is subject to that retailer's own terms and conditions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service without our express written permission
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access or generate content at scale
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity
• Submit prompts requesting nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, sexually suggestive imagery, fetish content, or non-consensual intimate content
• Use the Service to generate hateful, harassing, violent, exploitative, illegal, or otherwise high-risk content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, UI design, and AI-generated images created by our systems — is owned by or licensed to Dressing Wizard. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you provide as input (e.g. style prompts). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your inputs to operate and improve the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content, including AI-generated recommendations or product pricing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dressing Wizard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $10.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dressing Wizard and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
